On December 23, 2011 sick prisoners under treatment in the Interregional Hospital of Penitentiary System in Bucha prison facility # 85 (Village Gostomel) have got into the hands 138 sets of toothpaste and toothbrushes as gifts from the St. Nicholas. About those gifts have taken a care parishioners of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Kyiv."Inmates are pleased to receive signs of benevolent attention, which they did not dare to expect. Such gifts are always particularly "warm" as say prisoners themselves, and support their spiritual forces that in the circumstances of detention quickly become depleted, - says Fr. Constantin Panteley - the good always multiplies good. Thanks to all secret friends - assistants of St. Nicholas, who has always been particularly supportive to prisoners!"
